I offer coaching services ranging from completely online through to 3 sessions a week direct 1-2-1 coaching depending on your goals, training experience and location.
All 1-2-1 coaching is completed at a private PT studio in Glasgow city centre just around the corner from Central Station.
1-2-1 coaching

1 Session Per Week: £180 Per Month
Includes: 1x 1 hour PT session per week; a custom training programme; access to my training app and coaching resources; additional check-ins to compensate for reduced face-to-face contact.
This is my base level coaching package and is ideally suited for clients that already have a good level of training experience so they can train independently with the programme I provide.

2 Sessions Per Week: £280 Per Month
Includes: 2x 1 hour PT sessions per week; a custom training programme; access to my training app and coaching resources.
Two PT sessions per week improves my capacity to improve your exercise execution. I’d recommend this package to most potential clients, as you get a high level of support while still having time to train by yourself and apply what you’ve learned.

3 Sessions Per Week: £390 Per Month
Includes: 3x 1 hour PT sessions per week; a custom training programme; access to my training app and coaching resources.
This package is exclusively for a few distinct groups - those that don’t feel comfortable training alone, those that want to quickly learn as much as they can, and those that know they’ll push harder and achieve more by training purely with myself.
Hybrid / Online coaching

Hybrid 1 Session Per Month: £90 Per Month
Includes: 1x 1 hour PT session per month; a custom training programme; access to my training app and coaching resources; scheduled check-ins; a monthly call.
I provide hybrid coaching for clients that are really comfortable training by themselves, but would like someone else to design their programme and provide nutritional and lifestyle accountability. We’ll have one PT session per month for me to assess your exercise execution and training intensity.

Hybrid 2 Sessions Per Month: £120 Per Month
Includes: 2x 1 hour PT sessions per month; a custom training programme; access to my training app and coaching resources; scheduled check-ins; a monthly call.
Fortnightly hybrid coaching just increases the amount of face-to-face support you receive. This is ideal if you’d like more hands-on coaching to review your training, plus can help those who are more likely to fall out of training habits without that increased sense of accountability.

Online Coaching: £75 per month
Includes: A custom training programme; access to my training app and educational coaching resources; scheduled formal and informal check-ins; a monthly call.
If you are happy training by yourself or live remotely, but would like someone else to programme for you and hold you accountable for your own progress, then online coaching is for you. There is an increased initial cost to help ensure your initial buy-in to the process.
Student discount available
I first got into training when I was a student at Glasgow University (studying English Literature of all things) and I wish I’d had someone to show me how to train effectively. That’s why I offer a discounted rate for students at a time where I know money can be tight.
