Stuart was great at getting me sorted with simple exercises initially, before building my confidence to get me working on more challenging stuff. He tailored a programme and sessions to fit around my work, and to counter the negative impact of working in an office. He also offered guidance on how training can be supplemented by managing my diet effectively. Stuart makes sure the sessions good craic which helps considering I don't naturally enjoy exercising. Since starting the sessions with Stuart my back problems have been alleviated almost entirely.”
